Shipping Policy
  1. Any orders placed before 1:30PM CST will be processed the same day.
  2. Orders for products that are in stock in our IA warehouse will be shipped out within one business day.
  3. Orders for special-order products are in stock in our master warehouse. There will be a 10-business days handling time for special-order products.
  4. Most of our products are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS and SpeeDee delivery. Delivery time varies by customer's location.
  5. For product(s) or quantities not shippable via UPS, USPS or SpeeDee, common carrier or LTL will be used to delivery your purchased product(s).

Return Policy
Customers may return new, unopened products sold by SimplyFilter.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

These are SimplyFilter.com's ("SimplyFilter", "we" or "our") Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased directly from SimplyFilter.com website.
  1. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting SimplyFilter Customer Service via email at [email protected].
  2. SimplyFilter will not hold responsibility for any products returned without proper authorization. Products received without proper authorization will be refused.
  3. All returned products are subject to SimplyFilter's inspection. Only returned products in original/saleable condition at the time of receipt by SimplyFilter are eligible for refund.
  4. Any return for full case products will incur a 20% restocking charge, whereas any return for single quantity product will incur a 30% restocking charge due to special packaging of single quantity product.
  5. Refunds are for the cost of product only, do not include any return shipping cost and expense.
  6. Any or all returned products that are not in new saleable condition at the time of receipt by SimplyFilter will subject to a refurbishing charge of up to 100% of the product cost.
  7. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid to SimplyFilter unless otherwise specified and documented by our customer service.
  8. If upon inspection product(s) is not deemed defective, the customer will incur the freight cost. Emailing customer service photos of the suspected defect can frequently prevent or reduce cost associated with product returns. It is our intent to be as fair as possible in these situations.
  9. Special care should be taken when repackaging product for return.
  10. Delivered products that are received by the customer in less than perfect condition must be signed for as "damaged". SimplyFilter is not responsible for rejection of freight claims due to damage if the shipment has not been signed for as such. It is strongly recommended that the customer thoroughly inspects the shipment for damages and signs for as "damaged" if that is the case.
  11. Refund process could take up to 3 weeks. Most refunds are refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to SImplyFilter, so we have written a Privacy Policy that covers how we collect, use, disclose, transform, and store your information.

We do not collect any information about you while you visit our site. However, when you place an order, we need your name, e-mail address, daytime phone number, and credit card information. All information you give us is held in strict confidence. This information is stored in a secure database, only accessible to employees with access rights to this information.

We do provide any their party with any individually identifiable information other than that which is necessary to complete your order. Specifically, we give your name, shipping address, phone number, and order information to our shipping carrier. SimplyFilter also supplies your name, billing address, and credit card information to the credit card processor that bills your account. We have very strict guidelines requiring all third parties to keep confidential any shared personal information.
